01 Whole homes, surveyed first.
One-bed to five-bed with a loft, a garage and an outbuilding. The vehicle and the crew scale with the actual volume rather than the bedroom count, and the loft and the shed are counted rather than forgotten.

Conversions, walk-ups, managed blocks and new-builds. Five questions decide a flat move — floor, lift, stairwell turn, communal door width and where the vehicle can stand — and we ask all five before pricing.

Single rooms, studios, student moves to fixed handover times, storage units cleared, and auction or marketplace collections. Same crews, smaller vehicle, booked by the job.

Out of hours so trading stops for the least possible time, phased across several evenings where a business genuinely cannot close. IT crated and labelled by desk, files crated in sequence.

Four things move the number: how much is going, the access at both ends, how much packing you want done, and how far it travels. Not the season, not how urgent it sounds, not what somebody else quoted.
That also makes quotes comparable. If you are weighing us against another firm, check both have measured the same volume and assume the same packing depth — most of the difference between two prices lives there.
Unsure which you need? Describe it on the quote form. Questions covers what comes up next, and coverage shows where we work.
